My celibate life

Sharing one’s life is quite a taboo and trite
Especially when it comes to sexual life
But I want to share with you my private life
As narrated in the truest sense appropriate
And fully understood the predicate

Having a celibate life is a moral fight
I know I am not perfect and always right
But I don’t indulge in any sexual tryst
Nor I bother to engage in fleshly desire
For fleshly desire is a sin to be burned in fire

Yes indeed! I have a celibate life
Insulated in a virtue-like pipe
To some I might be a recondite
But it makes my life complete
Hardened by faith I call feat

Having said that
It’s my strong faith
Why I choose being a celibate
For sexual appetite I have to deviate
Fear of our Lord Jesus Christ I have to appreciate.
